The Faculty traditionally publishes two magazines of international character: "Mobility & Vehicle Mechanics - MVM" - ISSN 0350-1027 and "Tribology in Industry" - ISSN 0351-1642, which contribute to the spread of scientific thought in the country and overseas.

The roots of the journal "Tribology in Industry" stretch to the first announcements of the Laboratory for metal machining and tribology of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering from Kragujevac, named "Metal machining and tribology". From 1974 to 1977, 10 issues of the announcements were published. In 1979, the journal "Tribology in Industry" was launched as a journal that treats the problems of tribology. Since 1996, the journal is published in two versions: in Serbian as "Tribologija u industriji" and in English as "Tribology in Industry".

The beginning of publication of the journal "Motor vehicles and motors" is tied to March, 1975. The basic task of the journal was to inform the scientific and professional public about the results of scientific-research work in the field of research, development, construction and exploitation of motors and vehicles. Considering the needs in the field of scientific and professional thought in the field of motors and vehicles, the journal had changed its name to "Mobility & Vehicle Mechanics"  since March, 1992, and it is published four times per year in English.

Since 2007, the Centre for quality of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering from Kragujevac, together with the Centre for quality of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering from Podgorica, has started to publish the "International Journal of Quality Research". The journal is being published in English, four issues per year, and it covers a wide range of research in the field of quality. The journal has international editorial board and a list of international reviewers.
